Yoga at Heartwork

A space to soften, ground, and reconnect...

with your body, your breath, and yourself.

Rooted in nervous system regulation and deep intentionality, our restorative yoga classes offer a healing pause from the rush of life. Whether you're navigating stress, healing, or simply need a space to exhale, these practices are designed to meet you exactly where you are.

The Sacred Pause: Restorative Yoga

First Sunday of the month from 6-7pm in the Mendota Movement Room (Quarry Arts Building - 715 Hill Street in Madison, WI)

These monthly, candlelit yoga classes are a space to soften, reconnect, and remember your wholeness.

Whether you're navigating stress, healing from trauma, are a sensitive being in the world, or simply need a space to exhale, you are invited to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself.

Each 60-minute session weaves together grounding practices, breathwork, restorative postures, gentle somatic movement, and moments of integration through stillness, reflection, or journaling. The space is held with care, intention, and sensitivity—guided by nervous system wisdom and spiritual presence.

No yoga experience needed—just bring yourself, a mat, a notebook, and a pen.

Come as you are. Leave held, seen, and softened.
