Accepted Payment Methods:

We request that clients pay their portion of charges at the time of service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash and checks (made out to Heartwork Counseling Center).

Insurance

At this time, we are not credentialed with any insurance companies. However, we find that clients who use their Out Of Network (OON) benefits may get up to 80% reimbursement of the insurance company's fee for each session. We can provide a superbill at the end of each month for you to submit to your insurance.

We recognize that therapy is a big commitment. It can feel intimidating and finding the right fit can be daunting, which is why we put our heart where our mouth is: 

If you decide that therapy is not for you, we will reimburse the $215 intake session fee. No questions asked.
