What Is Holistic Coaching?

Holistic coaching is a collaborative, mind-body-spirit approach to personal growth and transformation.

Unlike traditional coaching, which often focuses primarily on goals, accountability, and action steps, holistic coaching also explores the deeper internal patterns that may be influencing how you show up in your life.

Together, we may explore:

  • nervous system regulation and stress patterns
  • limiting beliefs and unconscious conditioning
  • inner child and parts work
  • self-trust and authentic decision-making
  • life transitions and identity shifts
  • spirituality, purpose, and meaning
  • boundaries, burnout, and over-functioning
  • aligning your outer life with your inner truth

This work is not about fixing you - it is about helping you remember who you already are.

My Approach

My coaching style is warm, intuitive, grounded, and deeply relational.

I believe healing happens in spaces that feel real—not performative. I am not here to tell you who to be or what to do. Instead, I walk alongside you, ask powerful questions, reflect what I see, and help you uncover the wisdom, clarity, and truth already living within you.

Together, we create a space where all parts of you are welcome.

Coaching vs. Therapy

Coaching is present- and future-focused, designed to support growth, self-awareness, and aligned change.

Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If clinical support is needed, I am happy to help connect clients with appropriate resources, including providers through Heartwork Counseling Center when appropriate.
